      We are forming an investor group to buy foreclosures, or other low cost residencial properties, repair them if necessary, and sell to homebuyers, or to those who want to own investment propterty.  Real estate investing can increase your wealth when done with care, due diligence, and knowledge.  Our goal is to put money to work today and make it grow so you will have more money in the future, so that you can spend or invest in more real estate investments.  For a new investor, real estate can offer a wonderful opportunity to create wealth.

     One type of property which produces profits for investors is pre-foreclosure properties.  These are homes that have not yet been foreclosed upon, but the owners know it will happen.  It will help the owners to be rid of the worry they are experiencing when they cannot pay their mortgage, and will bring profits to the buyers.

     Another type of investment property is wholesale properties.  These are homes that are usually owned by other investors, who do not want to keep them any longer.  These sellers would most likely expect the buyer to rehabilitate the properties for resale. 

     It is important to know what kind of real estate investments you choose to invest in; and also important to know that money is made when you buy, not when you sell.   When you buy, repair, and sell, you are "flipping."  This generates profit in two to five months.  It is also important to decide whether you want to hold properties for a short period of time or allow growth at a slower pace with a collection of rental properties.
